S.T.E.P.S. is a government funded program that has been assisting people with mental illness & mental health issues with counselling, training and obtaining employment. The program is managed by Sydney Counselling Centre (SCC). SCC staff includes a team of clinical psychologists, psychologists and employment counsellors who have been working in this industry for many years.
Stepping Out is a community-based organisation run by women for women survivors of child sexual assault and their children. Stepping Out aims to create a safe, supportive and respectful environment where women can develop confidence, increase self-esteem and are able to make positive decisions about their future based on their own needs and beliefs. Stepping Out services are available to any woman affected by child sexual assault who is:"18 years and over;"Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless;"Able to manage semi-independent living (with assistance from carers if appropriate); and"Wanting to address issues of child sexual assault.
Reconnect Mental Health is a service that is committed to providing young people and families with the support they need to help restore healthy relations within the family and wider community. In providing this service we work with young people, 12-18 years old, and their families where the young person has recently left home or is at risk of early home leaving, and where there are mental health concerns.
Reconnect Mental Health is also committed to developing community capacity through offering education and training; consultancy and support; and mental health information and resources.
Reconnect is a Commonwealth Government initiative to prevent youth homelessness, and is auspiced by The Salvation Army- Oasis Youth Support Network.

The Physical Disability Council of New South Wales Inc (PDCN) provides a state-wide voice for people with a physical disability. We aim to secure equal rights for people with disability. We participate in networks to build better links between people with a physical disability, their families and organisations. Whenever there are discussions involving service providers, decision makers in government, the communities in which we live or in business, we believe there should be nothing about us without us."
